A 10-minute talking-head video at Pro is $89 and includes 30 minutes of raw footage.

The same 10-minute video at Cinematic is $199 — same footage allowance, far more craft.

Every project includes a footage allowance based on how long your final video will be. Need to send more? No problem — additional footage is $3 per minute.

Policies
How we handle your footage.
Plain English, no legalese. These apply to every project at every level.
Direct, encrypted upload
Your footage goes straight from your machine into private storage that only we can reach — no third-party transfer service in the middle, no WeTransfer, no public links. Uploads are chunked and resumable, so a dropped connection does not restart a 200 GB transfer. Encrypted in transit, and the storage bucket is never public.
We edit proxies. Originals stay untouched.
For security and performance, we immediately generate lightweight 720p proxy files (ProRes Proxy) for editing. Our editors never cut your original camera files. Your originals remain archived untouched during the edit. This protects quality and prevents any accidental alteration.
Your footage is never shared. Ever.
We never use your footage for our portfolio, social media, ads, or AI training without explicit written permission. We never share it with third parties. Your content is confidential. You retain 100% ownership. We work under implicit NDA on every project.
Auto-deletion after 10 days
After project completion and your final approval (case closed), we automatically delete all source files, proxy files, project files and exports from our systems after 10 days. You can request immediate deletion at any time by email, and we confirm deletion in writing. Your final delivery remains in your own Drive.
You own everything
You own 100% of the final video and all rights to it. EITRI claims no ownership, no licence and no royalties. You can publish it anywhere you want, on any platform, forever.
What determines price?
Price = editing level (what we do) + final length + additional raw footage at $3 per minute. The additional footage cost is identical for Cut & Clean, Pro, Pro Max and Cinematic. Every project has an included footage allowance, and if you want to send more, you simply add extra footage at the same rate.
FAQ
Questions people ask.
How much raw footage can I send?
Each final-duration band has a defined included allowance — for example a 30-second Short includes 5 minutes of raw footage. Additional footage is $3 per minute.
Does the $3 rate change depending on my package?
No. It is identical for Cut & Clean, Pro, Pro Max and Cinematic. The editing level decides what we do with your footage; the allowance decides how much source material we process.
What if I send less footage than the allowance?
Nothing changes — there is no additional footage charge and no credit. You simply pay the base price for your length and level.
Do you edit my original camera files?
No. We generate lightweight proxy files and edit those. Your originals stay untouched throughout the project.
Can you edit long videos?
Yes. Final videos up to 45 minutes are priced in the table above. Anything over 45 minutes — plus documentaries, major events and complex multi-camera projects — is a custom quote.
Do you use my footage for marketing?
Not without your explicit written permission. No portfolio use, no social posts, no ads, no AI training.
Who owns the final video?
You do. You retain full ownership of your source content and the finished video, subject to the applicable service agreement.
How do revisions work?
You review the cut and send notes. Revision scope depends on the editing level you selected — higher levels carry a wider revision scope. We confirm the scope with you before the edit begins.
